Early Summer Retreat in Umbria, May 15–22, 2027

• 7:00 a.m.: Meditation (30 min); followed by the “Welcoming the Day” practice series; asanas and pranayama
• 8:30 a.m.: Breakfast
• 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Practice sequences with varying themes
• 1:15 p.m.: Lunch
• Free time until 5:00 p.m.
• 5:00–7:00 p.m.: Restorative practice and pranayama
• 7:30 p.m.: Dinner

• Evenings are generally “free time.”
• However, there are opportunities to spend time together.
• There is an additional covered practice hall where we can listen to music, watch a movie, or even chant mantras together in the evenings…

• The beautiful retreat grounds feature 17 rooms (in small bungalows). Twelve of these can be used as single or double rooms, or to accommodate three people. Each room has a bathroom and a terrace (see photos in the attached gallery).
• Two rooms are available for larger families (at least 3 people).
• Two swimming pools (300 square meters) with a salt filtration system (chlorine-free) and a spacious garden allow us to enjoy nature.
• The rooms are cleaned once a week and supplied with fresh sheets and towels.

• There will be a recreational program on two afternoons.
• An excursion to the nearby town of Orvieto and to the so-called “dying village” of Civita di Bagnoregio.
• Upon request, a trip to a wine tasting at a nearby winery.
• Upon request, a trip to Lake Bolsena or to one of the nearby hot springs (e.g., Saturnia)

• Single room: 180 € per day
• Double room: 135 € per day
• Triple occupancy: 120 € per day
• These prices include: full board (fresh food, primarily organic and excellently prepared). Vegetarian/vegan/traditional Italian—all options are available. Two tea/coffee/fruit breaks per day. Use of the two fully equipped large yoga studios
• 6 days/10 sessions of yoga classes: 600 €
